Fillvisa is a 100% local, browser-based tool. That means all form filling, autosave, and validation happen directly on your device.

  • Local Autosave: Your progress is saved automatically in your browser’s local storage, so you can continue later.
  • Offline by Design: Once loaded, Fillvisa can work without an internet connection.
  • No Login Required: You can use the tool anonymously - no account, email, or signup needed.

🧠 What We Don’t Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the information you enter into our visa forms.

  • No personal details (like names, passport numbers, addresses, or travel history) ever leave your browser.
  • No cloud sync, no server database, no background uploads.
  • Everything you type stays on your own device, inside your browser’s local storage.

📊 What We Do Track

We use Google Analytics to measure how people use Fillvisa- but not who they are.

We only track Usage Metrics, like:

  • How many people start a form
  • How many people complete and submit a form
  • Which form pages people spend the most time on
  • Which form pages people spend the most time on

We use these insights to improve the product experience- for example, to find confusing questions or slow-loading sections.

We never track or store:

  • Form answers
  • Personal identifiers
  • IP addresses tied to form data
  • Session replays, keystrokes, or uploads

Analytics helps us:

  • Identify confusing or error-prone form fields
  • Measure if users successfully reach the final page
  • Understand which forms need optimization next

In short: analytics helps us make better, faster, and more accessible forms for everyone- without collecting any private data.

🔐 Your Control

You are always in full control of your data:

  • You can clear your saved progress anytime using (visit a form page, and click on "Start New Form")
  • You can use private/incognito mode for a fully temporary session.
  • You can block analytics with any browser extension or tracker blocker- Fillvisa will still work perfectly.
