Fillvisa Privacy & Data Policy

The short version

• Your form answers stay in your browser on your device.
• You do not need an account, email address, or signup to use public Fillvisa forms.
• We do not sell your data, run session replays, or collect keystrokes.
• We use limited analytics to understand product usage, not to read your form answers.

How public Fillvisa tools work

Fillvisa public forms run in your browser. Autosave, field validation, review, and PDF generation happen locally on your device whenever possible. Your progress may be saved in your browser's local storage so you can return later without creating an account.

Because the public tools are browser-based, you stay in control of the information you type. Clearing your browser storage or starting a new form removes locally saved progress for that browser.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit the answers you type into public Fillvisa immigration forms.

• No names, addresses, passport numbers, A-numbers, travel history, or family details are uploaded to a Fillvisa form database.
• No cloud sync or background upload is used for public form answers.
• No staff member at Fillvisa can open your locally saved form answers.

What analytics may collect

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site and where the product needs to be improved. Analytics may measure events such as page views, form starts, form completion steps, device/browser type, general location, and which pages are slow or confusing.

Analytics is not used to collect:

• Form answers
• Uploaded immigration documents
• Session recordings
• Keystrokes or field-by-field personal details

Your control

• You can clear saved progress from a form page by starting a new form.
• You can clear browser storage for Fillvisa from your browser settings.
• You can use private or incognito mode for a temporary session.
• You can block analytics with browser settings or tracker-blocking extensions. Fillvisa public forms should still work.

Fillvisa Plus and professional workflows

This policy describes the public, browser-based Fillvisa tools. Fillvisa Plus and professional services may involve accounts, collaboration, client portals, or firm-specific workflows. Those products may have additional privacy terms because their data handling is different from the free public form tools.
